Our Story
Some things can't be hurried.
Long before it was a bottle, it was a place - the boreal woodland of Canada.
Wild blueberry low to the ground. Haskap on the cold edge of the treeline. Cranberry in the bogs. Fruit that no one planted and no one rushed, ripening slowly under a northern sky.
Most of it is never picked. What is, is gathered by hand.
We grew up with this fruit - summers spent in the bush, a family who foraged.
We wanted to put that taste in a bottle worthy of it, and give people a way to bring a piece of Canada's wild to someone they care about. We looked for a Canadian gift that felt truly Canadian - not a maple keychain, not a duty-free afterthought - and couldn't find one. So we made it: something rare, honest, and unmistakably from this land.
No concentrate. No added sugar. No preservatives. Three wild berries and nothing borrowed.
We cold-press the fruit to keep its character intact, and we bottle it in Canada. If a shortcut would make it cheaper but lesser, we don't take it. That's the whole point.
Our first release is one thousand bottles - no more. Each is numbered by hand and sealed with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, in a case built to be given rather than opened quickly.
We made it small on purpose. This isn't a product to flood a shelf. It's a bottle meant to mean something to the person who receives it.
When the thousand are gone, this edition closes. The number on your bottle is the number that will always have been yours.
